Peeping Toms!
Dark Clothing. Putting an invisible colour on dark clothing, that is only illuminated in the night under light, could prevent Criminals from lurking around people’s properties, at night!
Hoodies help to conceal the Peeping Tom!
Peeping Toms and other offenders can conceal themselves behind hedges and bushes around houses!
This man could be wearing slippers(?) that are too big for him, and he may have a strap on them, or one of then, to hold them or it on his foot, feet. The purpose for wearing slippers like this might be to prevent Police from being able to trace footsteps back to him!
The man in this video might be about 6 foot, he is moving fast, and his steps are like strides, so his height can obviously be worked out! ?He is also wearing a Covid mask?
If this man owned his own shop, he might be committing these types of crimes so that women, or members of the public will go to his shop for the purpose of purchasing blinds, curtains, locks, bolts, chains, and even surveillance camera’s!
Surveillance Camera’s! To prevent people hanging around outside of your house, & at night, Surveillance Camera’s that produce noises [outside of, &] within your houses, will alert you, and others, to the presence of someone moving around on your property, or in your street, and after about every “Three Beeps” or every so often, a [few coloured photo’s of “The Offender] could be “AUTOMATICALLY” taken by the Surveillance Camera, for the purpose of “Identifying the Perpetrator!”

Recognizing the man! The Height of this person, who may be about 6ft tall, and who is taking long steps, can be worked out, by the length of his body, and by the length of his legs, & also, by taking an image of his face and turning it from negative to positive on an online editing program, may be able to reveal the identity of the person, and the colour of his clothing. This man seems to be bulky in the area of his stomache, so he may be an older man! This man may have a moustache!
This man who is carrying “”his own?” ladder, may be wearing a ring or rings, and he doesn’t seem to want a tall ladder, so, he is intending to climb to a certain height for a particular reason! Studying the small, lightweight, ladder, and where it was purchased, may lead to the identity of the offender! The ladder was stolen, so, how did the offender know where the ladder was stored?
Looking at this house, 0:58 of 2:02 I think the man wants to get into the house, and I think he is intending to break into the house, through the window at the left side of the house, some form of protection for the man, is the vegetation outside of the window!
